The Mid-Plains United Way Board of Trustees recognizes the legitimate interests of agencies in maintaining reserve funds either for operational or unforeseen expenses.

 

The Mid-Plains United Way Board of Trustees should be cognizant of those reserve funds, and monitor them for reasonableness on an ongoing basis, but should not adopt specific standards regarding size or use of these funds.
